Map Your Run (or Walk)

Do you have a desire to be more active while traveling? It can be tough when you pull up to a venue and have no idea where exactly you are or where you can go to a good work out in.  A great way to keep up your endurance is to put your feet to the pavement.  Yes, a run, jog, or even a fast walk.  Kevin Fowler has to take Star out for walk, right?

A fabulous resource to use is the website: Map My Run.  This website allows you to type in your location and figure out a path for your jog, and it calculates your miles!  Tonight, my dogs and I jogged 4.2 miles around my neighborhood. Then I decided to map my bike route to my office–4.7 miles!  This will help those of you on the road figure out how far you can go to get a decent (and quick) workout in.

If you try it out let me know!

Happy Running~
